According to technical information requested in July 2025 for this land:

"The present claim is located on a plot of land within urban land: Special Use Areas - Facilities, in the urban perimeter of the Union of Parishes of the City of Santarém.
According to Article 81 of the Santarém PDM:
The Equipment Areas, identified and delimited in the Land Use Plan - Classification and Qualification of Land, correspond to areas where services are provided to the population or conditions are provided for the practice of activities in the areas listed in paragraph 1 of the previous article, and may also include services, restaurants or bars, as well as complementary entertainment venues."
The permitted uses are those defined in Article 82 of the Santarém PDM, namely:
“1. In Equipment Areas, the expansion and alteration of existing equipment is permitted, as well as the construction of new equipment for collective use, support structures for existing buildings, and services, shops, or restaurants or bars to support the equipment.
2. Tourist developments related to tourism and related complementary uses and activities are permitted in these spaces."
